Mariachi Las Alteñas
Considered Texas’ finest all female mariachi, Las Alteñas has been captivating audiences throughout the United States since 2002. Known for their exceptional stage presence, musical performances and strong vocals, they appeal to audiences of all generations and heritages. They have performed at many prestigious events and venues, auch asvthe Mariachi USA Festival at both the Hollywood Bowl & the AVA Ampitheatre in Tucson, & the Mariachi Spectacular in Albuquerque, NM. They also have perfomed at the Viva El Mariachi Festival in San Diego, CA & at the LULAC National Convention in Little Rock, AR. In Houston, TX they mesmerized a crowd of over 67,000 fans at the Go Tejano Mariachi Competition where they brought home 1st Place for “Best Mariachi” for 2 consecutive years. Other notable performances have been in Memphis, Chicago, Las Vegas, & Milwaukee. Recently they were chosen by the city of SA to represent the city on the show Good Morning America in NYC.
